Pre-workshop excursions

Just before EVS meeting, two full-day pre-workshop excursions on 27-28 April (Tue to Wed) are planned for participants and accompanying persons. Selected vegetation types are significant for habitat diversity of Central Hungary. In that two days two main locations are planned to visit, Kiskunság National Park and Buda Mts.

Participants will be transported by bus, fresh drinks and cold food packages will be available. The day before the pre-workshop excursion we suggest you to have an accommodation in Budapest in the following two hotels: Tulip Inn Budapest Millennium (52 EUR/double, 43 EUR/single-room) or Hunguest Hotel Platánus (44 EUR/double, 37 EUR/single-room). Mid-workshop excursion

On the second day of EVS meeting (30 April, Fri), a full-day mid-worshop excursion is planned for participants and accompanying persons. The selected vegetation types are significant for habitat diversity of South Hungary. On this day three locations are planned to visit, Darány inland dunes in Somogy County, Villány Mts and Mecsek Mts in Baranya County. Participants will be transported by bus, fresh drinks and cold food packages will be available.
